My name is Tony, and I am a Sessional Counsellor at Great Oaks, offering online and telephone counselling to adults living with a life-limiting illness, their families or carers, and those recently bereaved.

I trained at Coleg Gwent in Newport and have recently completed a Post-Graduate Diploma at the University of South Wales. I work integratively, which means I have been trained in the three main counselling approaches and use interventions from each as appropriate.

I provide a safe and supportive environment where my clients feel comfortable talking about their situation and exploring their feelings, and I help them to make positive changes. My clients say I bring an air of calm to the room, I offer genuine warmth, and I allow them space and time to work through their issues.
