  Hospice at Home Bank Staff

There is an increasing need for high quality End of Life nursing care for people wishing to be cared for and/or die at home.  Our Hospice at Home delivers this care on an individual basis, usually overnight but with more daytime work becoming available.

Band 3 - Health Care Assistants


Experienced Health Care Assistants form a vital part of our Hospice at Home team.  


All Hospice at Home nurse’s work on the Bank offering their availability for work that will be used when the Coordinators plan the rota’s.

We are currently seeking Bank Hospice RN’s to work in our busy Day Services at our busy Hospice in Coleford.


To cover for holidays and illness on Tuesdays and Fridays 9am to 5pm.

Bank Hospice RN Job Description

 Hospice Social Worker

Hours 22.5hrs per week             Salary: Band 6


Location: Great Oaks Dean Forest Hospice


This is an exciting time for Great Oaks as we look to expand our Bereavement/Family Support team. We are seeking a confident, enthusiastic HCPC registered Social Worker with post qualifying experience. You will have excellent communication skills as you will be working with individuals and families who are experiencing significant loss.

An enhanced DBS will be sought if you are successful in applying for this role.
